We have been constantly searching how to optimise customer and partner outcomes by improving their internal communications and team integration.

Here is an overview of some key elements

CRM and Email management and Internal comms (i.e. Slack) is at the centre of the tech stack. With Hubspot or Sales Force Einstein API integration with other softwares, this is relatively simple

Demandbase ,Gong and Drift and other softwares such as Bombora all help hone in on right fit prospects with true intent.

a. Gamification

If carefully planned and implemented, gamification can induce loyalty and can be a huge motivator and should prompt more internal communication and a greater sense of fun and belonging.

Do they take proactive action to recycle waste at home and at work?

The German “Green Dot” system, the Swiss and South Korean “polluter pays” policies tax residents who do not recycle proefficiently. In many UK cities, residents and councils make minimal effort.

Transaction Focus is not yet B Corp certified, however we do follow their principles and other environmental quality standard frameworks such as ESG Book and Nature Metrics.

Since the Pandemic, we have all become aware of the importance of mental health and wellbeing. Random acts of kindness and community actions create a positive vibe, bond the team and can even generate inspiring PR coverage.

c. Encouraging a willingness to challenge

When employees or team members or growth partners are engaged and involved in points 3, 4 or 5, they feel more responsible and accountable about what happens in an organisation.

They are more likely to challenge management changes and adapt policies to meet the demands of the organisation.

They are also more likely to innovate and find continuous improvements.
